Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately at +91-9824394297 with your order number.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

Cancelled Orders: Full refund if the order is cancelled before shipment.
Failed Transactions: If payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, a refund will be automatically initiated.

Important:
For jewelry items, refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered, except in cases of wrong or damaged product received.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days of approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
A confirmation SMS with tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on delivery location).
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select metro cities with additional charge).

Returns Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if there is an issue, please review our return conditions:

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- The item is in original packaging with all tags intact.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns for used or worn jewelry.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at +91-9824394297 within the 2-day window and share your order number along with the issue.
Once reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
The product must be securely packed and labeled with the RA number before return.

Inspection & Resolution

All returned items undergo quality inspection.
If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Return pickup is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days (depending on location).
- Replacement product will be delivered within 2–3 business days after inspection.
